Owner & Operator, Cleveland Concrete & Construction
Ty and Lexi Guinn are the owners and operators of Cleveland Concrete & Construction, bringing years of hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to every project. Ty got his start working alongside his uncle, a longtime contractor, where he learned the ins and outs of concrete and construction from the ground up. Lexi studied Business Administration and Human Resource Management at Oklahoma State University, bringing her expertise to the clerical side.
In 2020, Ty and Lexi took over the family’s ready mix plant and quickly expanded into full-service concrete finishing and site prep. By 2024, they made the decision to sell the plant and focus fully on what they do best—delivering high-quality concrete work and dependable material hauling.
Ty is known for his honest approach, attention to detail, and dedication to doing the job right the first time—values that continue to guide the company today.

In 2020, Ty and Lexi Guinn purchased Cleveland Ready Mix from Ty’s uncle, David Guinn, who had been in the business since 1990. Ty learned the ropes working alongside him, and by March, they launched full operations in Cleveland. Since then, we’ve poured everything from small-town church pads to full-scale commercial jobs—with the same quality and care every time.
Our first major commercial project was for Cleveland Dentistry & Braces in Cleveland, OK—a milestone job that included full site preparation, curb and gutter installation, and complete parking lot paving. It was a strong start to our commercial work and a project we’re still proud of today.
After taking over the ready mix plant, we invested in additional trucks to increase our delivery capacity and better serve our growing customer base. As demand picked up, we naturally expanded into concrete finishing—allowing us to not only supply the concrete, but also handle the pour and finish work from start to finish.
In 2024, we made the decision to sell the concrete plant so we could fully focus on what we do best—concrete finishing and material hauling. Shifting our focus allowed us to streamline our services, invest in our equipment, and take on more specialized projects with greater precision and efficiency.
